Book a Service/Repair

IMPORTANT INFO:

Due to coronavirus Covid-19 we are taking extra precautions. All new customers are required to pre-fill out all of their details on the booking form below.
Please make sure to include the make, model and serial number of your device in the Issue Detail section and we recommened that you take a photo of this if you can for your own records.
All customers are expected to arrive within 45 minutes of the booking time, this is important for us to know when you’re coming so that we avoid other customers arriving at the same time as you.
There is a least an extra day wait time required before items are worked on, this means we are not offering any same day turnarounds at this time.
On arrival, please refrain from touching any surfaces like door handles or door bell, we will try to have the door open at your expected arrival time and you can drop the item on the designated cardboard area. We’ll still need you to sign the intake form on our touch screen device (which we are sanitising before and after each use).
